Selling the bleachers and remaining items (if any) immediately following the sale of the real estate.  Bleacher info, Home Team Side: Lot #1, (144’ long x 10 rows). Home Team Side: Lot #2, (90’ long x 10 rows). Visitor Side: Lot #3, (126’ long x 10 Rows). To be removed by Sunday, June 22nd if sold separately from the real estate.  Bid price plus a 13% Buyers Premium to be paid by Wire Transfer or Certified Check within 24 hr of bid acceptance by Brookfield BOE.  Brookfield BOE meeting will be May 20th, 2025.
