AFTER AUCTION PICK UP: FREE from March 31st - April 5th, 9-4 each day. If these days do not work for you: $300 per 6 hours for special date/time through April 18th. (Per day/per bidder number)
There will be 6 days of pickup from 9am-4pm each day giving you PLENTY of time to disassemble and remove your items. Loading docks in back of building, down alley OR street side loading on Prospect.
Invoices under $10,000: will pay with credit card on file. Card's MUST be able to accept the charges at the end of the auction. Contact your bank to let them know of potential charges! $45 fee charged for failed charge attempt! When you place your first bid, a $5 PENDING authorization will be charged to your card but will fall off within 7 days. This is to check the validity of your credit card.
Invoices over and above $10000. will pay by Cashier's Check (Payable to Basinger Auction Service), Cash, or Wire Transfer (instructions given to winning bidders). A 13% buyer's premium is charged over and above your winning bid. Upon entering the building for preview and pickup, ALL PARTIES must show identification with home address, and sign a liability waiver. This goes for your help, movers, etc. No exceptions.
This equipment is located on the second floor. You may need to disassemble some of your larger items, There is a freight elevator and stairs for your use to bring your fixtures downstairs. Needless to say, bring some friends, or hire a mover to remove these items from service!
***Several items in the "2000's" lot numbers must wait to pickup until after April 24th by Appointment. See descriptions!
There is very little parking on site. We ask that you park off site or in a parking deck until you are ready to begin loading.
There is no "Quick" way to get you in and out. It will take time. We will allow 10 invoices per hour MAXIMUM to begin gathering/loading their items. You will schedule your date/time.
Bring your OWN platform dolly or cart (or buy one from the auction). Bring tools and your OWN HELP as auction staff can not help with disassembly, removal, or loading.
There is an elevator (it will be busy!) and steps. We can not guarantee the functionality of the elevator! Plan on using the steps if elevator is not available!
You and your party will EACH sign a liability waiver upon entering the building. Bring a photo I.D. NO ONE UNDER 18 is PERMITTED!
All sales final. Buyer agrees to pay for any and all items won regardless of condition or how item performs! Everything sold AS-IS/WHERE-IS.
