All high bidders will receive an invoice in their Inbox (or Spam Folder) with a link to "SCHEDULE" your pickup appointment online. You may not show up without an ONLINE SCHEDULED PICKUP DATE/TIME. If you have just 4 or less small items (under 20 lbs) you may TEXT US at 330-219-8855 5 minutes prior to your appointment and we will bring to your car/truck. Just text your buyer number and which car you are in.
Buyers who purchased things on shelves, small items, etc should pick up on Thursday if possible. Large Furniture buyers should pickup on Friday or Saturday if at all possible. This is just a guideline to expedite pickup. If this is not possible, then schedule anytime. Staff will NOT load items. Make sure that you bring ABLE BODIED HELP and YOUR OWN TOOLS to move and disassemble your items Thanks and enjoy the auction!
